Director

Kathy Kelly is serving as a director for the SEI READI, Inc. Board of Directors. She retired from the Southeastern Regional Planning commission after 26 years as Fiscal Manager and is a former Switzerland County Auditor. Kelly serves as a member of the Rising Sun/Ohio County Tourism board and the Revolving Loan Fund Administration Board for the City of Rising Sun. She has served on the SE READI board since September 2023 representing Ohio County.
