The Enclave of Greendale is a suburban luxury multi-family development located in the northeast corridor of the city tentatively called KPG of Greendale. The development will provide high quality rental housing for the area and will be a great place to live for the residents who will call this development home. The property will also be the first luxury multi-family development located in this sector of town. Our goal is to create the housing component of a vibrant place to: live, work and play while meeting the needs of our residents, enhancing the existing community, create connectivity within the future trail system, boost the retail corridor, serve as a catalyst for future development and soften the retail, industrial and commercial corridor by adding housing. The units will be a mix of studio apartments, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms.
